Hi everyone! The summer seems to be flying by, I can't believe back to school shopping is on the horizon and it's time for a new A Blog Named Hero Challenge! This month is all about stretching your stamps and we can't wait to see what you come up with! Check out all the details here.
I started by creating an A2 sized stitched rectangle using kraft card stock, and die cut an oval in the centre of the card front. Next, I created a pattern using images from You're Beautiful and Wow Embossing Clear Ink.
To set the scene, I stamped a trio of flowers to add interest using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and Spectrum Noir TriBlend Markers. I wanted the sentiments from the Mix & Match Compliments to be the star of the show and heat set white embossing power on pink and black card stock.
To finish off the card I added coordinating sequins, 3D foam tape for dimension and glossy accents for an extra touch of shine.
