Happy weekend! *HSN Sneak Peak Alert* I thought I would share a couple Design Team projects featuring the very neat Create-A-Card Circle Center by Crafter’s Companion.
This is the first time I’ve ventured from a standard A2 size card, and I have to say I kinda love it. The set up is super easy, after trimming a piece of cardstock to 7.5″ by 5.5″, place the outer shapes with the circle die that has score lines to find the exact placement. Secure circle with low tack tape and remove the two outer dies, no further measurement is needed.
The HSN bundle will come with heavy card stock that’s perfect for this, the heaviest I had on hand was Neenah Solar White 110LB, and it worked great.
Tip: These dies are super intricate and when not using the Gemini the more detailed flower panel will need a few extra passes and embossing mat if possible (a paper or metal shim should also work).
