Hi everyone! Today I’m super excited to share my very first Design Team project for Scrap ‘N Stamp! Every journey needs a first step and who doesn’t like pretty shoes?
I started by creating the card front and die cut an A2 sized stitched rectangle using white card stock. I then stamped the flower and gem from First step by Waffle Flower with light purple ink in a random pattern.
For the main image, I stamped the pair of shoes and matching bows on pink pattern paper and colored in the “feet” with alcohol markers. I stamped the first part of the sentiment with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and added a sentiment strip with “First Step” by heat setting white embossing powder.
To finish off the card I added 3D foam squares for dimension, coordinating sequins and glossy accents to the gems.
