Heffy Doodle Release 3 Blog Hop|Lucky Friends & Clover Frames

Hi Everyone, thank you so much for stopping by! Today I’m sharing a St. Patrick’s Day card, be sure to hop along for lots of release 3 inspiration – it’s not over til it’s clover!

I started by stamping and coloring the leprechaun and tankard of beer from Lucky Friends using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and Spectrum Noir Markers. Once I was happy with the shading, I die cut each image using coordinating dies.

To create the card front, I paired both the stitched rectangle and decorative frame from the new Clover Frames Dies. For the sentiment I die cut the Lucky from Heffy Cuts multiple times with Luxury Cardstock in gold and layered using Ranger Multi Medium Matte Glue for dimension. Using my Misti I placed the “I’m So” and “Because you love me” in just the right place with VersaFine Onyx Black Ink.

To finish off the card, I added 3D foam squares to the leprechaun, glossy accents to the beer and a little bling with a few sequins.
