Heffy Doodle Release 3 & Misti Blog Hop|Hey Bunny, say cheese!

Hi Everyone, thanks so much for stopping by! Today I’m sharing an extra special interactive Easter card featuring Honey Bunny Boo, Chibitronics and of course my stamping partner in crime – The Misti! Be sure to grab a coffee and hop along for tons of Heffy Doodle Release 3 inspiration!

I started by creating the LED component using the Chibitroncics Starter Kit, I stamped the Bunny and planned out a basic circuit. Once everything was mapped out, I created a holder for the battery and added copper tape. (Lesley Oman from Hungry Heffy Crafts has an awesome tutorial here.)

Next, it’s onto stamping and coloring with Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers. The Misti is a tool I use daily and is perfect for multiple stamping and placing sentiments in just the right place.

For the main sentiment I chose the Heffy Cuts “Hey” and die cut it multiple times with gold card stock and adhered using Ranger Multi Medium Matte glue. To finish off the card I added a Decorative Clover Frame in pink, clear sequins and a little heart “button” to set the scene with a flashing camera. Check out the card in action here.
