Hello Crafty Friends! I'm kicking off the MFT New Release Countdown with a splash! Here's a peek at Bubbly Birthday, which has everything you need to create a perfect mermaid party.
For today's card, I decided to go all out and created an Outside the Box Slimline interactive card. For the base of the card, I die-cut the main components with Grapesicle Card Stock and decorated the background and sides with pattern paper from Hip Hip Ya. To create our waves, I die cut the new Mini Slimline Outside the box Waves Die-namics with Something Blue.
Next, I stamped and coloured the main images from Bubbly Birthday using MFT's Extreme Black Hybrid Ink and Spectrum Noir TriBlend Markers. Once I was happy with the blend, I die-cut all the images using the coordinating die set.
Once all the images were die-cut, I arranged them within the waves adding acetate strips to the fish. To finish off the card, I added a sentiment strip and coordinating sequins.
