Happy weekend! Our tree is trimmed and all that’s missing are pretty little presents. Today I’m sharing quick and easy Christmas tags featuring the Winter Mittens and the To From Craft Stamps from Simply Stamps.
For my first two tags, I decided to emboss resist using water color markers and the new Simon Says Stamp Fanicful Tag die. I started by treating Bristol Smooth card stock with my anti static tool, then stamped the Winter Mittens with Versamark ink. After heat setting white embossing powder, I dropped color directly from the watercolor marker on one side of the image and spread the color using a water brush.
To finish off the tag, I gold embossed the To From Stamp in the inside of the tag and added a few signature sequins for a touch of shine.
Don’t have any tag dies? No problem! For my last tag I chose two different sized circles, stamping both in coordinating ink colors. To finish off this tag, I stamped the To From Stamp in Versafine Onyx Black Ink for a clear crisp image. Add your favourite ribbon and your gifts will be done in no time!
