Hello Crafty Friends! Welcome back for Countdown Day 4! Today we're stepping into a world of dragons, brave knights and castles with the new Knight in Shining Armor stamp set and the Castle Drawbridge Die-namics die set.
I started by trimming an A2-sized rectangle and die-cut the New Castle Drawbridge Die with Bristol smooth cardstock. I then ink blended each of the elements.
Next, I stamped and coloured the main images using MFT's Extreme Black Hybrid Ink and Spectrum Noir TriBlend Markers. Once I was happy with the blend, I die-cut all the images with the Knight in Shining Armor coordinating die set.
Now it's time to assemble the interactive element. I die cut the drawbridge with gold specialty paper. I then attached the "chains" to the top of the castle door and the drawbridge.
To finish off the card I added a sentiment strip, 3D foam tape for dimension and coordinating sequins.
