Stamping for Autism Awareness | Heffy Doodle Hop & Spectrum Noir April Challenge

Hi everyone! It’s Autism Awareness Day and I thought it would be perfect for creating a project using blue, we’re hopping along at Heffy Doodle Stamps and I’m hosting Spectrum Noir’s first ever Facebook challenge here.

This card was inspired by my crafty friend Emma who let me know that a puzzle piece is part of our local Autism Speaks Canada logo. I die cut the heart shape puzzle with watercolor paper and created the background using Spectrum Noir Aqua Markers. Of course I had to add the cute elephant from Elephant of Surprise which was super easy to water color. To finish off the card I added dimension with 3D foam squares, sequins and twine.

Be sure to stop by Tenia’s blog post at Jazzy Paper Designs, she’s got lots inspiration and info on how you can get involved with amazing organizations.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
